Yum-E

Having so much to do today I knew I needed a hearty breakfast . These scrum-didily-umptious mini-quiche were perfect! I love quiche. Sooo time consuming though. Not these!

 pre-made pie crust
 (using a cup )cut out circular shapes,
 plop them in a muffin tin. baked until firm.
 mix up a mixture of eggs,salt,pepper,paprika, and garlic powder
pour mixture into the muffin tin (with baked pie crust) 
throw in broccoli and bacon and top with a big helping a sharp chedder cheese
baked until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.

Big cup of coffee and some fruit (South Carolina peaches from my vacation!) Now I am ready to finish up (fingers crossed) my big project for the day!
Tomorrow (hopefully) I will let you know what my big project is and why I {{HEART}} drop cloths! Yeah , drop cloths.....you'll see!!
