Before I spend the day cleaning up, what looks like the "cupid explosion." I wanted to say I hope you all had a fantastic Valentines Day!
My hubby ,among other things, got momma a power tool! I have been wanting one of the multifunctional tools that sands, grinds, cuts, scrapes, brushes your teeth, combs your hair, fixes dinner....oh wait, I got a little off track...
Anyway, I can't wait to try it out on upcoming projects. I have the perfect husband.
Mustaches filled the day as my oldest handed out his V-day cards at school. They were a big hit. It was such a cute site to see an entire class of 7 and 8 year olds; boys and girls; faces adorned with big , black mustaches. Too stinkin' cute!
Sponge Bob even had a mustache! This is the Valentine Day card box we put together . The kids enjoyed shoving cards and candy into SB's mouth.
::This was actually really easy to make. We used a tissue box for his body (where the cards are held) and a cereal box to make his face sturdy. We covered it in white felt then colored the felt with marker and attached with a hot glue gun. That simple. ::
All the heart shaped food and snacks that followed weren't all that bad either! yum.
Now I have to go clean up and finish up my giveaway packages and get them ready to send out. It's a beautiful sun shining day , here. I hope it is beautiful where you are and you have a great day!
