First: I want to say THANK YOU for all the GREAT comments from all you lovely blogger-ers!
This was probably definitely one of my favorite furniture transformations. I'm glad you all loved it as well.
I had a TON of people wondering what color I used.
Isn't it a great color?
Valspar, signature collection
Lagoon Breeze SR 1005
egg shell finish
My favorite paint ,with out a doubt, is Sherwin Williams. But, I just can't resist the Seaside collection from Lowes . If you go HERE you can order a sample
(which are GREAT for small projects; $5!) by clicking on the easy to use "order a sample" link.
I originally bought this color for this :
Why haven't you seen the reveal of this cupboard?
IT'S NOT DONE!
I have had this cupboard for months ! I did a (totally fab) paint finish on it then it got put on the back burner. I am going to add shelves for tons of storage, use {painted, white} chicken wire on the back of the door .
....................................
anyhoo....back on topic! Anytime I love a color I buy a whole gallon because if you love it, you'll use it. Typically it's cheaper to go ahead and buy a gallon rather than buying multiple quarts or other sizes.
Get out there and paint! If you decide to use this color, or not, I'd love to see what you've painted!
